Hi, I'm going to try to use this blog to talk about cooking Korean food and restaurants in Seoul.
All things food in Seoul in general.
I'm an American, lived in Seoul for over 3 years. I've recently taken on the challenge of trying to learn how to cook Korean food-both for educational reasons, and also for sheer economic reasons. (Kim Chi is a lot cheaper than hamburger!). And I also enjoy going to a lot of different restaurants around Seoul. I'll try to share my thoughts on those as well.
